TO START A COURSE
(1) Plan to invite 8-12 people (friends, co-workers, neighbors, members of your organization) to an introductory meeting. Reserve a time and space for the meetings, usually an evening gathering at a home or center of faith, or a brown bag lunch at work.
(2) Contact Maureen at 752-3517 and leave a message including your name and the course you are interested in starting. You will be contacted with information on how to organize the introductory meeting.
(3) At the introductory meeting, a volunteer representative of NWEI ("mentor") will describe the course and explain how it works. Everyone who wants to participate will sign up and the coordinator will provide course books for $15 each. Your mentor will also help facilitate the first meeting and attend the final session as well.
